We are pleased to invite you to the Annual General Meeting of the Swiss Sustainable Coffee Platform. This will be the first edition held in parallel with the Swiss Platform for Sustainable Cocoa (SWISSCO).

📍 Venue: Nestlé Headquarters (Av. Nestlé 55, 1800 Vevey, Switzerland)
👤 One person per member organisation*
Additional participants: If your organisation is a member of only one platform but you would like a second person to attend, please include their contact details in your registration form. The second participant will be placed on a waiting list and informed by 20 June 2026 whether they can attend the AGM.

* Due to logistical constraints, we can only host one person per member organisation. If your organisation is a member of both SWISSCO and SSCP, you may participate with two people. In this case, kindly register for each AGM using the relevant link corresponding to the meeting you will attend.
Thematic Breakouts - Share Your Organisation’s Approach
During the breakout sessions, you can present your approach to tackle the corresponding issue. Please contact Nicoletta Lumaldo by 5 June 2026 if you would like to present during one of the breakout groups.
Arrival
We recommend arriving by train. The nearest station is Vevey train station. From there, Nestlé Headquarters is approximately a 10 minute walk. Alternatively, you can take bus lines 201, 212, 213, or 216 and get off at the stop Vevey Bergère.
If you prefer to arrive by car, please indicate this during registration, as parking spaces are limited.
Catering
Please indicate any allergies, intolerances, or vegetarian/vegan diet requirements in your registration. We will pass this information on to the catering team.

Organisations that are members of both the Coffee and Cocoa Platforms may participate with two people. Kindly register for the Annual General Meeting using the relevant link corresponding to the meeting you will attend. Please secure your spot by registering by 29 May 2026.
